One MSA. Five practices. Zero handoffs.
Most firms sell you strategy and then hand you off to a delivery vendor. We don't. Talent, AI, consulting, marketing, and design sit under the same partnership, the same MSA, and the same accountable senior who shipped the last version.
Predictability is the most expensive feature of professional services.
Most agencies and consultancies sell creativity, expertise, and access. They under-sell the operating model, and the operating model is where engagements quietly succeed or fail.
We treat the operating model as a deliverable. The same four-phase rhythm, the same weekly cadence, the same review artefacts, predictable enough that you can plan around us, and rigorous enough that the work compounds.
- One model across five practicesWhether we're staffing, building, advising, marketing, or designing, the cadence, gates, and review artefacts are consistent.
- Named accountabilityEvery engagement has one named partner. You always know whose phone rings when something needs a course correction.
- Decision documents at every gatePhase transitions ship with a signed decision document. We do not let scope drift quietly into the next phase.
- Transparent by defaultYou see what we see, tasks, decisions, blockers, in your tools, in real time. No surprise status decks.
Discovery → Definition → Delivery → Optimise.
Every engagement runs the same four phases, with measurable gates between each. The phases scale from a two-week sprint to a multi-quarter programme.
Discovery, Align & scope
Stakeholder alignment, technical or domain scoping, and success-metric definition. We invest in understanding the business before proposing anything.
- Stakeholder interviews & baseline review
- Success-metric & outcome definition
- Constraints, dependencies, and risks
- Costed proposal within 48 hours of close
Definition, Plan with gates
Validated architecture, role definition, or messaging architecture, depending on practice. Sequenced plan with named decision gates.
- Architecture, design, or operating-model artefacts
- Sequenced plan with named decision gates
- Risk register and dependency map
- Signed decision document at phase close
Delivery, Iterate & ship
Agile delivery with continuous visibility. Sprint cadence, weekly demos, monthly steering reviews. Whatever the practice, the rhythm is consistent.
- Weekly demos & reviews
- Sprint visibility in your tools
- Open issue tracker, open decisions
- Monthly steering & QBR cadence
Optimise, Compound the wins
Post-launch optimisation, team scaling, performance tuning, and the second-order improvements that compound. Engagements stay productive across years.
- Performance tuning & cost optimisation
- Team scaling or transition
- Quarterly business reviews
- Roadmap rebaselining
A predictable rhythm you can plan around.
Same week-by-week rhythm whether we're in delivery for a build, an augmentation, or a marketing programme.
You see what we see.
Communications, decisions, and artefacts live in your tools, in real time. No parallel vendor workflows, no surprise status decks, no information asymmetry.
In your tools, not ours.
We work in your Slack, your Jira, your GitHub, your Figma, your CRM. Specialists embed into your workflows rather than running parallel ones.
Decisions captured, dated, signed.
Every significant decision lands as an ADR or decision document, with the context that drove it. Future trade-offs land with context rather than re-litigation.
Risks raised early, not late.
If we see a delivery, scope, or outcome risk forming, we raise it the day we see it, not the day it lands. The engagement manager owns this discipline.
Bad news in person.
Good news travels in writing. Bad news travels in a call. We do not let difficult conversations land first in a deck or an email.
The four guarantees on every engagement.
Concrete commitments, not aspirational language. Every Xperion engagement carries these by default, written into the MSA.
Questions clients ask before signing.
How does an Xperion engagement expand once it's underway?
Everything runs under one MSA. As the work grows, Xperion adds new practices, roles, and scopes through change orders against that existing agreement rather than new contracts, which keeps procurement and legal cycles out of the way as you scale.
What are the default confidentiality and IP terms on an Xperion engagement?
By default Xperion works under a mutual NDA with work-for-hire IP assignment, and completes your security review pack as part of onboarding. Xperion will sign your paper, its own, or a redlined hybrid, whichever closes faster.
What guarantee does Xperion offer if the work isn't right?
Every Xperion engagement carries a 30-day satisfaction guarantee: if a placed specialist isn't a fit inside the first 30 days, Xperion replaces them at no additional cost. Build engagements add structured hyper-care and a course-correction protocol designed to surface issues in the first week or two.
Is an Xperion engagement locked in, or can it be ended?
Engagements are not locked in. Xperion's standard contracts let either side terminate on 30 days' notice, because the work should continue on its merits, not because a contract traps you.
How does Xperion price engagements, fixed-price or time-and-materials?
Both, depending on the practice. Xperion scopes strategy sprints and AI pilots as fixed-price work tied to a defined deliverable, while resource augmentation and build programmes usually run as monthly retainers or time-and-materials (T&M) with sprint-aligned billing.
Are Xperion specialists employees or contractors?
Most Xperion specialists are W-2 employees of Xperion or its regional entities, with a small number of long-tenured contractors. Either way, everyone is held to the same vetting, engagement management, and accountability standards.
What regions and time zones does Xperion deliver in?
Xperion's delivery teams operate from the United States and Pakistan and work in the time zones each client needs, covering North American, European, and Asia-Pacific business hours.
How quickly can Xperion start an engagement?
Xperion typically moves from signed brief to an embedded specialist in 1-2 weeks, and to an AI pilot kickoff inside a week, faster than a typical in-house hiring cycle.
