Xperion backs every engagement with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If a specialist isn't a fit in the first 30 days, Xperion replaces them at no additional cost. Build engagements ship with structured hyper-care and a course-correction protocol that catches issues in week one or two.
Can you end an Xperion engagement early?
Yes. Xperion's standard contracts carry a 30-day termination notice on either side. Xperion does not believe in lock-ins that hide poor performance, so engagements continue because they're working, not because they're contractual.
Does Xperion work fixed-price or time-and-materials (T&M)?
Both, depending on the practice. Xperion runs strategy sprints and AI pilots as fixed-price work with a defined deliverable, while augmentation and build programmes are typically monthly retainers or T&M with sprint-aligned billing.
